After the end of contact, event, or cancellation of notifications, Edsoft reserves the right to delete your data.

Edsoft maintains a contract for the storage of personal data with Microsoft.com, Inc. (United States of America).

Deletion of personal data can be requested through a formal request via email data.privacy@edsoft.ai. After the deletion request, it is forwarded to Edsoft for analysis and execution within ten days, definitively, except for some of the hypotheses provided for in article 16 of the LGPD.
Edsoft shares personal data of data subjects with a platform hosting service provider (data center), platform maintenance service providers, email hosting service providers, and event management platforms.
If the data subject opposes the consent to the processing of their personal data, they are prevented, for technical reasons, from using the contact area of the Edsoft website.
